What is a bento?

Weight Loss
 
  • Lose 150+ pounds.Get in shape.
  • Have a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18.5 and 24.9. (Currently it's 45)
  • Use portion control; eat only when I am hungry and stop when I am full.
  • Drink plenty of fluids.
  • Quit drinking diet soda.
  • No more calorie beverages between meals.
  • No snacking after supper or in between meals; only when I am hungry.
  • Fitness

  • Walk 30 minutes everyday.
  • Do 30 minutes of Yoga, 2x a week. 
  • Get gym membership. (Done 11/12/07)
  • Be more active in everything I do.
  • Walk a half or full marathon in 2008.
  • Personal
     
  • Raise money for March of Dimes
  • Maintain a budget and save money.
  • Grow stronger in my Christian walk.
  • Go back to college in Fall, 2008 to pursue a Bachlor's degree.
