Weight Loss
Lose 150+ pounds.Get in shape.
Have a BMI (Body Mass Index) between 18.5 and 24.9. (Currently it's 45)
Use portion control; eat only when I am hungry and stop when I am full.
Drink plenty of fluids.
Quit drinking diet soda.
No more calorie beverages between meals.
No snacking after supper or in between meals; only when I am hungry.

Walk 30 minutes everyday.
Do 30 minutes of Yoga, 2x a week.
Get gym membership. (Done 11/12/07)
Be more active in everything I do.
Walk a half or full marathon in 2008.

Raise money for March of Dimes
Maintain a budget and save money.
Grow stronger in my Christian walk.
Go back to college in Fall, 2008 to pursue a Bachlor's degree.
