What is a bento?

My Bento Diet Ratio 4:2:1:1
That's 4 parts vegetables
 2 parts meat/protein
 1 part grains
1 part fruit/dessert

The approximate measurements of each are:
Vegetables (Peas): 1 cup
Meat/Protein (Beans): 1/2 cup
Grains (Cereal): 1/4 cup
Fruit/Dessert (Cranberries): 1/4 cup
 
These ratios are just a guideline or starting point. Feel free to customize to your bodies needs. It doesn't have to be the same everyday or every meal either. The key is to listen to what your body is needing and supply that.
